REBTECH & Aero Instruments Relocated to Larger Facility

May 2, 2007 – Bedford, TX - Aero Instruments, an FAA approved aviation instrument repair and overhaul facility, a division of REB Technologies, Inc, (REBTECH), relocated on April 1, 2007 from Dallas Love Field to the south entrance of DFW International Airport in Bedford, TX.  Aero Instruments now shares a facility with their parent company, REB Technologies at their new location, 1500 Brown Trail, Bedford, Texas, 76022, Tel: 817.285.7740.

Co-locating both companies has resulted in REB Technologies relocating to a 45% larger facility which accommodates 13 full-time employees (combined) and projected global increases in production, support and sales for both companies. The new facility is an 8,000 square foot building which will improve efficiency and streamline logistics for both companies who share the same executive management team, and whose primary business is the modification of aircraft Instrumentation and displays to accommodate the use of Night Vision Goggles for both Mil-Spec and FAA approved STC aircraft.

REB Technologies, a family owned and operated business, was founded in 1996 by Bedford resident, Richard (Dick) E. Borkowski. The company continues to be a leader in the Night Vision Goggles (NVG) Lighting Systems technology of many civil and military aircraft operated nationally and internationally. In 2003, REB Technologies acquired Aero Instruments, a 50+ year old company, to provide increased FAA approved internal modifications and capabilities and streamline business.

REBTECH, a division of REB Technologies was established in 1996 and is a global leader providing advanced military and civil night vision aircraft lighting systems. Based in Bedford, Texas, the company has extensive experience developing night vision lighting for cockpit, cabin and crew stations as well as night vision systems for external airframe applications. REB Technologies has several FAA approved supplemental type certificates (STC) and has performed lighting modifications and installations for military and civil customers around the globe. REBTECH is a distributor for the NIVISYS NVAG-6 night vision goggle and is the only FAA TSO night vision device available. REB Technologies also provides FAA approved instrument repair, overhaul and modification in addition support of developmental requirements. REBTECH has been continuously managed by the same executive team since the formation of the company.
