Bell Helicopter and American Airbus Helicopters have both chosen REBTECH night vision cockpit installations for use at their respective OEM flight training centers. REBTECH NVG systems are used to train newcomers to night vision technology and for refresher courses as well.
Night Flight Concepts
In association with Night Flight Concepts (NFC), REBTECH has received FAA STC approval for its Robinson R44 night vision cockpit lighting system. The company provides complete night vision goggle sales, inspection, repair, overhaul and recertification services.
REBTECH offers certified night vision initial and recurrent flight crew training through Night Flight Concepts. NFC has a complete staff of highly trained instructor pilots with an extensive background in civil and military night vision flight experience.
Bell Helicopter
REBTECH received STC approval for the Bell 206 series aircraft in 2001, using the portable Spider System. It has been installed in Bell 206s used by the Bell Training Academy; based at Alliance Airport north of Fort Worth, Texas. In 2004, REBTECH improved Bell’s training aircraft by installing the newly developed SHADOWS Filter upgrade. This system has also been installed in the BTA’s Bell 407.
American Airbus Helicopters
REBTECH provided the night vision lighting modifications for American Airbus Helicopters flight training helicopters. The aircraft are based in Grand Prairie, Texas and are used for customer instruction at the factory.
